Remote Online Support - £25 + VAT 1st Hour, £20 + VATper hour thereafter (1st Hour FREE to existing customers)

Remote Support is one of the most useful tools to enter the armoury of the I.T specialist in recent times. Phone support is extremely difficult as we cannot physically see what you are looking at. We utilise this tool to allow you to connect to our computers so that we can control your mouse and see what is on your screen and can fix a whole host of issues. If we can use this method to fix your issues we will suggest this when you contact us.
